SECURITY/PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect and are commited to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information via fax, phone and email, however we do not sell nor make any other use of this information other than to complete an order. At the customer’s request we do offer the option to conduct transactions via a link to our service provider AUTHORIZE.NET. This can be very useful for those ordering overseas, who may find phone connections to be timed inconveniently.

REFUND POLICY:
We offer a 15 day return policy on all ready made products. Due to the custom nature of our prescription products,we cannot offer a liberal return policy. We do, however guarantee that our products meet the requirements of the use intended and that prescriptions meet or exceed tolerance. Our ultimate goal is a happy customer and if this cannot be achieved through other channels, we will ultimately provide a refund. All shipping costs are nonrefundable.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY:
Non prescription or ready made products are generally shipped the same day or next day unless out of stock in which case they are generally shipped within a week of ordering. Prescription or custom made products are generally completed and shipped within 2 weeks of ordering, but some materials and processes can require longer time frames. Opticus will inform the customer at the time of ordering as to when to expect the product to be completed.

In most cases, USPS will be used for domestic orders and the charge is generally $10.00 including packaging and handling. Shipping to Canada/Overseas requires USPS International Priority in order to assure a tracking ability. The cost is $40.00 and up depending on specific location. Taxes and duties are additional and the responsibility of the customer at time of receipt. Shipping charges can fluctuate, but will be stated at time of ordering.
